Are your tours wheelchair accessible?

It depends on the tour, walking tours that do not require the use of the metro train are wheelchair accessible, but other tours unfortunately are not, please contact us for full details.

What language do you offer tours in?

Our tours and services are available in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Mandarin. When booking please specify your preferred language.

I couldn't find on your website the tour I would like to take, can I contact you to customize one?

Yes, please contact us and we will customize a tour or a service together.

Do you accept last-minute bookings?

We accept bookings up to 48 hours prior to tours.

I am planning a visit to Paris for a group by bus, do you also provide guides for sightseeing tours by bus ?

Yes, our guides have years of experience in walking tours but also in sightseeing bus tours. Please contact us and we will discuss all the details.

I want to book a transfer on your website but I can't find my destination. Do you have any other destinations besides those listed on the website?

Yes, there are so many potential destinations that it would be impossible to list them all on the website. If you contact us we will give you the price for the tranfer you need.

I had something unforeseen at the last minute, can I cancel a tour or service and get a full refund?

If you cancel the service 24 hours prior to the time it was scheduled you will be entitled to a full refund.
